Monica Horovitz

Monica Horovitz, MD, PhD in Literature, MA in Latin American Literature, DESS in clinical psychpathology. She is a full member of the IPA, the Paris Psychoanalytical Society (SPP) and the Italian Psychoanalytical Society (SPI). She works in private practice with adolescents and adults in Paris. She runs a seminar on Bion since 2003.

Monica conceived the idea of an international seminar on Bion. It was initiated  with Lawrence Brown and it became “Bion in Marrakech” in 2013, of which she is now President. She has published a number of articles in national and international journals and has also contributed to several books published in French, Spanish and English, on the works of W. R. Bion.
